Midweek Motivation – Is Change Really Easy?

Midweek MotivationIn a nutshell,  I was once told by my coach that if you’re not being challenged you’re not changing.

“So what?”  I hear you ask!

The point of you downloading my free hypnotherapy, and reading these emails is that you’re trying to change your weight (and your attitude to food too probably).

And yet the biggest feedback I get from people is that enormous and magical weight loss hasn’t happened to them after listening once and reading a couple of emails.

The fact is, changing long term habits (like eating – which you have to do regularly whether you like it or not!) will NOT necessarily happen immediately, or easily.  Hypnotherapy will not miraculously listen to itself, or open emails to get a kick once in a while!

Instead, just like everything else permanent change requires motivation, willpower and dedication.  All hypnotherapy does is make it easier to do this.

Do you know the expression, ‘a bad workman blames his tools’?  Remember that when someone (maybe even you) says, xyz didn’t work for me.

Was it that xyz didn’t work, or that the ‘someone’ wasn’t really bothered about making a change to start with?  And if ‘someone’ you know needs a little reminder of this fact, maybe you should even send or print out this email – and well done to YOU for still sticking with it!
